That's right I'm the fat one on the right and that's about what I look like today if you add twenty pounds after two years and four months later. That picture was taken at the training room at Golden Eagle Distributors in Feb., 2011. Two years before that I replaced my right knee and since that time I have had two new hips cut in and enough calories to take me to 238lbs. on January 11, 2013 as I weighed on the company scale at the start of a weight loss contest. So far, I've lost 9lbs. since I started the 8 Hour Diet Plan on January 16 and today is February 4 so that's not too bad considering I'm not giving up drinking alcohol products. I'm wearing size 38 slacks with a 42 inch belly measurement at belly button level at the start of my diet, today I fit into size 36 inch dress slacks that I haven't wore in two years. This diet works great for saving lean muscle mass and burning the fat off. My goal is 190lbs which is what I weighed in 1995 but that's 15lbs over my baseball weight when I was in college and I ran to first base at 3.6 seconds consistently.
I saw the 8 Hour Diet plan on TV one morning before going to work and ordered the book that day plus started limiting my eating to an 8 hour period. The book arrived 10 days later after I had only lost 4 pounds and seemed stuck at that weight. After reading the beginning of the book, I realized the importance of the 8 minute morning workout before eating and I dropped 5 pounds a few days later. I added a app to my droid called Lose It! that has been fantastic for counting calories, charting weight change, and listing exercise. It gives me a daily calorie limit and subtracts my exercise from my calories. I also added a walking app called Accupedo which does a great job of counting my steps all day long which I them add the calories burned into Lose It!
